Technical integration
How quickly can I start?
The implementation of our solution is quick and uncomplicated. As soon as our analysis script is stored in your store and we receive the initial data, we start configuring the individual solutions. Both condayo intent and condayo recover can be up and running within 24 hours. In many cases, we can even set them up within an hour – but we deliberately communicate a more generous time window to cover all eventualities.
How is the condayo analysis script integrated?
The integration of our script is possible in various ways. If you are already working with an affiliate network, we can activate the script in an existing master container without any additional integration effort. Alternatively, our analysis script can be easily integrated via the Google Tag Manager or directly into your store. Our technical specialists are at your side throughout the entire process and will support you with any questions or challenges you may have.
Does condayo influence store performance?
No, you don’t have to worry about the performance of your store. Our scripts are loaded asynchronously by default, which means that the page load is not affected. The execution of the scripts is also highly optimized and very fast, so your visitors won’t notice any delays. This applies to both desktop and mobile users, as our solutions are fully responsive and performance-optimized.
Costs & conditions
What does condayo cost?
We rely on a transparent and risk-free business model: you only pay a commission (CPO – cost per order) if we actually generate a valid sale. There are no hidden costs – neither for the setup nor in the form of monthly basic fees. This means you can track the profitability of our collaboration at any time and have full cost control.
Are there minimum terms?
No, we deliberately avoid minimum contract terms. We are convinced of the quality of our solutions and want to convince you through performance, not through contractual obligations. You can end the partnership at any time if you are not satisfied. However, we would appreciate your feedback in this case so that we can continue to improve our service.
Design & Customization
What will my bounce page look like?
The bounce page will integrate seamlessly into the existing design of your store. Your visitors won’t notice the difference, as we take over the complete look and feel of your store. Any design adjustments you make to your store are automatically adopted – so there is no graphical break and the brand experience remains consistent throughout.
Do the solutions also work on mobile devices?
Yes, absolutely! Both condayo recover and condayo intent deliver very good results on mobile and desktop systems. Our solutions are fully responsive and optimized for all devices, so you don’t have to compromise on performance.
Can I define when condayo recover plays the individual page?
Yes, you have the option of defining rule-based delivery. For example, you can specify that certain referrer groups should not be taken into account. Many stores want this for Google Shopping ads, for example – but you should bear in mind that such restrictions can have a significant impact on performance, as the full potential is then not exploited. It is important to note here: The visitor intends to leave the site anyway – we are simply offering them one last chance to stay.
Functionality & features
Can I display vouchers?
Vouchers are an effective tool for increasing the conversion rate. In our solution, you can use individualized voucher codes that are displayed in a time-controlled and target group-specific manner. For example, the codes can only be displayed to certain user groups or activated at specific times. This flexible control allows us to maximize the effectiveness of the voucher campaigns while at the same time controlling the discount.
How often is the condayo intent layer displayed?
We attach great importance to ensuring that visitors to your store are not disturbed by too frequent adverts. By default, we set a capping of 1 per user per day. This limit can be adjusted individually if required. Our goal is to find the optimal balance between effective customer targeting and a pleasant user experience.
How often is the bounce page displayed?
We don’t want to annoy your visitors, we want to convince them to stay with individual offers. That’s why we have set a standard capping of 1 per user per day. However, this limit can also be individually adapted to your needs in order to find the optimal balance between an effective approach and a positive user experience.
Data protection & tracking
How GDPR-compliant is condayo?
Data protection is our top priority. We work in full compliance with the GDPR and only process personal data with the explicit consent of the user. Our data processing procedures are transparently documented and comply with current data protection regulations.
How does sales tracking work?
Tracking is usually carried out by the affiliate networks, which take care of the technical implementation and configuration. When a visitor interacts with our individualized offers, a click cookie is set. If a purchase is then made, the network can assign this sale to us, making our performance-based remuneration transparent.
Store size & requirements
Which stores can use condayo?
Our solutions are suitable for stores of any size or industry. Even if your store is still small, you will benefit from our services as you are also investing in visitor acquisition and want to make the most of this investment. There are no minimum requirements for visitor numbers – the decisive factor is your desire to improve the conversion rate and reduce bounces.
What data is required for the data feed?
For an optimal data feed, we need some basic information: Product images, product names, destination links to the products and the current prices. If you have strike prices or RRP’s, these are also valuable as they can have a sales-promoting effect. In the case of legally required basic price information, this must of course also be included. But don’t worry: even without a complete data feed, we can create an effective bounce page for you – just talk to our specialists about it.
